Saying 'I plan to visit Toronto in July' is less convincing than uploading a flight itinerary showing 'Delhi to Toronto, July 5, returning July 20, via Air Canada.' Specific plans suggest genuine intent.

For Canadian study permits, the situation is similar. Your Letter of Acceptance, GIC (Guaranteed Investment Certificate), tuition receipt, and SOP are the core documents. A flight itinerary is supplementary but useful — especially if your SOP mentions specific travel dates.
